How to collect the donations
Currency Donations
In accordance with instructions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, and in response to extraordinary willingness of numerous citizens and organisations to offer assistance to the Republic of Serbia, to recover from the extremely serious consequences of floods that have affected Serbia, the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia i Timisoara has opened a dedicated bank accounts with the BRD Bank, for donations in EUR and RON:

Donations can be made via PayPal.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia assures total transparency and will publish daily the balance of the Account. Collected amounts will be subsecuantly transferred to the Central Account opened by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
BALANCE ACCOUNT
EUR 53.125,56 has been transferred 16 July to the National Bank of Serbia to the account of the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
Donations in Goods
For those who are interested in donating the aid in goods, Consulate General in Timisoara , together with Red Cross Romania, start from May, 19 colection of goods in Office of Red Cross Timisoara, Str: Eneas nr.14/a (phone:0256/496969), during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am until 4.00pm .
For the ones interested in organising collecting the help in goods, the Consulate General will issue a certificate of transport of humanitarian aid to present at the customs and announce the arrival of the humanitarian transport.
In order to issue the certificate we need:
• Name of the sender
• Name of the recipient
• Type of goods
• Quantity of goods
• Type of transport
• Data about the transport vehicle
• Approximate time and place of border crossing.
IMPORTANT
The Serbian Red Cross has asked not to send clothing for now on, due to other priority needs and due to the amount of clothing that is currently available (there is no more room in the warehouses of the Red Cross at the moment).
Despite daily changes in priority requirements, the following items are currently most urgently needed:

Mattresses

Blankets and duvets

Bedding

Bunk beds

toiletries (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hygienic pads for women, etc.)

Diapers for children and adults

Rubber boots

Disinfectant for shelters

Water

Canned products and pasta are preferred food items

DONATIONS OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES
The Ministry of Health informs that, in order to protect the health of the patients, donations of medicines and medical devices directly from natural persons (individuals) can not be accepted, since it is not known how the drugs were purchased and in what conditions they were kept.
All natural persons and legal entities who wish to donate medicines and medical devices that are registered in the Republic of Serbia can donate through the manufacturer or wholesale to the Central Pharmacy of the Clinical Center of Serbia, which will be in charge for further distribution. In the case of donations of non-registered drugs, the approval of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia will be needed for the import.
List of essential medicines, as well as relevant information in this regard can be found in the Instructions for potential donors of medicines and medical devices released by this Ministry.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Timisoara and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Bucharest will provide additional information to all those wishing to make a donation and offer help in the current emergency situation in Serbia.
Consulate General is grateful to all who have contacted and offered to help. At the same time, the Consulate General invites all the interested parties which are able to help to make donations for the affected population and recovery from flood damage.
